The rules for playing Tactirium. By creating an account or playing, you accept them.

Who publishes the game
Tactirium is published by Kroxo, a sole proprietorship based in Switzerland. Contact: support@tactirium.com.
Your account
Your account is personal: you are responsible for what happens on it. Do not share it or sell it.
You can delete it at any time, in the game (Settings, My account) or from the “Delete my account” page on this site.
Code of conduct
Zero tolerance for abusive content and behaviour, in chat as well as in usernames, clan names and clan banners.
Forbidden: insults, harassment, threats, hateful or discriminatory speech, sexual, violent or illegal content, spam, and impersonating someone else.
Cheating too: third-party software, exploiting a bug, fixed matches, sharing an account to climb the leaderboard.
Moderation and sanctions
A filter blocks forbidden words. From a player’s profile, you can report or block them.
Every report is reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on severity, we remove the content, restrict or suspend the account, or ban it permanently, without notice or compensation.
Shards and in-game items
Shards and items are earned by playing. They cannot be bought with real money, have no monetary value, and cannot be traded, refunded or converted.
They stay tied to your account and disappear with it. We may adjust them for game balance.
The Saturday tournament
Entry is paid in shards and prizes are won in shards: no real money is at stake. The format and rules are shown in the game.
Apple and Google are neither organisers nor sponsors of the tournament.
A game in development
Tactirium is in beta: it changes often, and may be unavailable or interrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Kroxo is not liable for lost progress or service interruptions, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
Changes
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page is then updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, subject to the rules that protect you in your country of residence.
